What is your current processing time?

Processing time (the time it takes for me to make your order) is 2-3 weeks from when your order is placed. This is for ALL orders, regardless of how many items are in an order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. You should get a notification once your order is being shipped. Processing time does not include shipping time.

What is shipping time?

Shipping time is how long it takes your order to be delivered to you once USPS/shipping courier is in possession of your package. This will depend on what Shipping Method you select at checkout. Please know these times are not guaranteed. Please read our Shipping Policy. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, international shipping is only offered to Australia, Canada, Japan, Netherlands, Philippines, and United Kingdom. We hope to have more countries added in the near future.

Can I cancel my order? Can I exchange an item? Can I get a refund?

Can I make a change to my order?

If any changes such as changing an envelope category need to be made, please contact me within 48 hours after you placed the order. If the change to your order results in you wanting a higher priced item, the order invoice will be adjusted and you will need to pay the difference. Payment must be made before I start working on your order.

Why isn't my coupon/promo code working?

Promo and coupon codes are subject to exclusions. Items in your cart may not qualify, another code was already added, or the code cannot be combined with any additional promo or other coupon codes. Any codes provided to customers in their orders (and all other promo and coupon codes) can end at any time without notice. Please contact me though if you have any issues with a code not applying correctly.

Will these fit my A6 binder?

Personal size is the most common size within the cash stuffing community. Contrary to what you may see or buy as an A6 binder for cash stuffing is not a true A6 binder. Personal and A6 are two different sizes in terms of ring binders and in the planner community. You can read more information about that here.

If you're still unsure if my cash envelopes will fit in your binder, simply measure the distance between the most inner rings of of your binder. If the space is 2-inches apart, you have a Personal size binder and the envelopes will fit.
