Shipping policy

Once your order is in possession of USPS/shipping courier, I am not responsible if the package is late, lost, damaged, or stolen. I ask that you contact USPS/shipping courier first if assistance is needed.

Packages are shipped to the address that is provided in the order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is current and correct. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you will need to place a second order with the correct address. Once the second order is placed, I will cancel and refund the first order.

International orders: The customer is responsible for VAT, duties, customs and import taxes, and any other fees that may incur on the order/package. I'm not responsible for any delays in customs.

I do issue refunds for any shipping overages. Meaning, if the amount you paid for shipping is more than the cost to ship when your order is ready to ship, I will refund the difference.
