Items are handmade and most are made to order. Imperfections and minor flaws are possible but it does not take away the functionality of the item. Please do not place an order if you do not expect minor flaws on handmade items. Colors can appear different in person than on screen.

All sales are final. Order cancellations, refunds, and/or exchanges are not accepted. If you do need to make a change such as changing an envelope category, please contact me within 24-48 hours from the time of the order.

Once you receive your items, please handle them with care. Paper items (especially vellum) can misshapen over time and in extreme temperatures. Keep items away from moisture and do not overstuff cash envelopes. It is recommended to not stuff more than 5-7 bills in A7 envelopes and 15-20 bills in personal size envelopes.
