Available in forms of built in envelope or trackers (no envelope). All 12 months are included with each form. Printed 32lb white paper have the option of gloss or matte lamination. The backing of envelopes is a soft beige color paper.

It is STRONGLY recommended to use WET erase markers for matte lamination. Wet erase marker can be erased with a damp cloth. Sharpie is okay to use on gloss lamination and can be wiped away with a little rubbing alcohol and cotton pad. For sharpies, know that the darker the marker and the longer the ink sits on the tracker that it can take a little bit more elbow grease to rub off.
